Do it all at once, or in stages.
Not every kitchen needs to be gutted. Sometimes new counters, a sink and lighting get you most of the way. You'll hear honestly what's worth the money.
Cabinets
New cabinets, layout changes, and islands, installed level and square so doors and drawers line up.
Counters and backsplash
Stone and solid-surface counters, undermount sinks and tile backsplash.
Sinks and plumbing
Moving a sink to an island, new faucets, disposals and dishwasher hookups, done by the same crew.
Floors
Wood, bamboo, tile and waterproof plank. Floors can run continuously into the rooms next door.
Lighting
Recessed lights, pendants over an island and under-cabinet lighting.
Opening walls
Taking out or opening a wall to connect the kitchen to living space, with the framing done right.
How a kitchen remodel runs.
1. Walkthrough
George looks at the kitchen, hears what bugs you about it, and talks through what fits your budget. If a smaller job gets you what you want, he'll say so.
2. Price and plan
You get a written price and a plan for the order of work. A kitchen remodel means living without a working kitchen for a while, so the schedule gets talked through up front.
3. Build
Demo, then plumbing and electrical rough-in, then cabinets, counters, backsplash, floors and trim. George oversees the crew and trade partners the whole way.
4. Final walkthrough
The work gets checked with you before it's called done, and anything that isn't right gets fixed.

What people ask.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost?
It depends mostly on cabinets, counters and whether plumbing or walls move. A counter and sink update costs far less than a full gut. After the walkthrough you get a written price for your kitchen.
Can I move the sink to an island?
Usually, yes. It means running new supply and drain lines, and on a slab foundation that can mean cutting into the slab. You'll hear what it involves before you decide.
Do I need permits?
Moving plumbing, electrical or walls usually needs a permit. Landmarc is a Class A contractor and handles permits when the job calls for them.
Do you help pick cabinets and counters?
Yes, design help is part of the job.
